Lovely variety of shrubby mallow, forming a vigorous bush of soft, velvety foliage. Saucer-shaped blue pink flowers are displayed in summer and autumn. Good coastal or seaside plant.
Height and Spread: 90cm(3 ft) in two years.
Position: Thrives in any type of soil if planted in full sun.
Planting: Water thoroughly or stand container in water for an hour before planting. Plant in hole large enough to avoid disturbing root ball. Back-fill with soil previously mixed with peat substitute and a suitable fertilizer.
Plant care: Keep moist in first year. This half-hardy plant makes new growth from the base if cut hard back in spring.
